WeCare Boarding's T&C's

Bookings: To secure a reservation, of the total boarding fee is required at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any pet that is not up-to-date on vaccinations.

Health: All pets must be in good health and free from any contagious diseases. If, during their stay, your pet requires veterinary attention, we will contact you and obtain your permission before seeking treatment. The cost of any veterinary treatment will be borne by the pet owner.

 

Vaccinations: All pets must be vaccinated against distemper, parvovirus, and other common diseases as required by local laws. Proof of vaccinations must be presented at check-in.

 

Flea and Tick Prevention: All pets must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. We reserve the right to treat your pet for fleas and ticks at your expense if necessary.

 

Feeding: The owner must provide the feed. If you would like us to feed your pet a special diet, you must provide the food and any necessary instructions.

Medications: If your pet requires medication, we will administer it as directed. There will be an additional fee for this service.

 

Playtime and Exercise: We provide daily playtime and exercise for all guests. However, we cannot guarantee the compatibility of pets with other guests, and we will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur during playtime.

Liability: WeCare Boarding Kennels will not be liable for any loss, injury, or death of any pet in our care. By booking a reservation, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeCare Boarding Kennels from any claims arising from your pet's stay.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Pets must be dropped off between 12PM-2PM and picked up between 9AM and 10AM. If you are unable to pick up your pet during these hours, arrangements must be made in advance, and there may be an additional fee for this service.

 

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change your reservation, we require at least 7 days' notice. If you do not give 7 days' notice, you will be charged the full boarding fee. For any cancelations there is a €15 administration fee charged at the time of cancelation.

Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable.

Incidentals: Any incidentals, such as veterinary treatment, grooming, or additional services, will be charged to the credit card on file.
